Q How much hair do I need?
A For a full install, the average person needs about 10 oz (300 g). 8 oz is recommended for a partial install. Recommendations: 12” to 14” about 2 bundles is recommended. 16” to 22” about 3 bundles is recommended. 24′ to 30” about 4-6 bundles is recommended
Q How do I care for my virgin hair extensions?
A Air drying is highly recommended for all three types of hair after washing and conditioning. Try to always use a moisturizing leave in conditioner. Avoid having to use any other grooming products between washes. Use alcohol free serums or products on hair. This will not dry out the hair and make it frizzy. Do not apply any heavy oils on hair as they will seep on to the virgin hair extension, in turn weighing it down.
Special Note: If you plan on wearing your hair curly most of the time, we recommend you purchase extensions the next length longer if not two lengths longer. For instance, if you usually wear a 16″ Straight but want to achieve the same final length in curly go for an 18″ or 20″.
***Curly textures require lots of moisture and maintenance. Each day you will need to activate the curls with a water/conditioner mix and condition it with a moisturizing conditioner often. This texture is best for someone experienced with both virgin and curly hair textures.***
